Hi. We are Toby Jackman and Elena Pomares and welcome to our blog.
This started out as a way to make us draw more, a way to exercise our doodling muscles. We started it by taking two words and, one in spanish and one in english (Toby's English, Elena Spanish) and making an illustration from them each day. Then we used the theme of Animals Disguised as Humans for inspiration. Then we tried a jaunty conversation in images. Then we tried to create characters and make a story with that. I don't know if it worked, but we draw ourselves alot. Currently Andrew Clarke (He's English too) is joining us, So we will do 3 words and a coffee. One French, One English and One Spanish Word. Lets see if lasts very long. We are busy people. Hope you enjoy.
